Universal Nutrition’s Real Gains

Description

Universal Nutrition’s Real Gains is a powerful weight gain support formula loaded with calories, protein and complex carbs.  It contains Real Gains Protein Complex, maltodextrin, flaxseed oil, MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) and inulin. Real Gains is specially created for strength athletes
to maximize lean muscle mass while minimizing fat gain.

Real Gains Protein Complex contains ultra filtrated whey concentrate, micellar casein and whey protein isolate. It has a top notch amino acid profile that promotes maximum nitrogen retention (stored muscle protein) while minimizing stomach upset and digestive disturbances.  The addition of inulin, a special dietary fiber, helps with protein, carbs and fat digestion and keeps the intestinal tract functioning at peak efficiency.

Maltodextrin complex carbs help sustain muscle glycogen (stored energy) levels and fuel muscle expansion. Flaxseed oil contains beneficial essential fatty acids that promote fat metabolism and leanness. MCT oils promote leanness while retaining muscle energy. MCTs are more easily digested than larger fat molecules, allowing for a slow and steady release of energy

Pros

Real Gains contains 52 gm protein, 87 gm complex carbs and 610 calories per serving. It instantly mixes into a liquid with no blender required.

Real Gains has the following benefits:

  • Real Gains Protein Complex maximizes muscle gain
  • Flaxseed oil and MCTs promote leanness
  • Inulin enhances protein, fat and carb digestion
  • Complex carbs fuel muscle expansion and energy

I'm a boxer and when I got to Championships i had to gain 15 pounds to fight.
I hate binge eating and thats usually what i have to do to gain the extra weight or buff up.
If i gain too much muscle though i look like a man, so this is great.
