Ultimate Nutrition’s Super Amino 2000 - Product Review
|
Description
Ultimate Nutrition's original Amino 2000 formula is now better than ever. Each serving contains 2000 mg of Ultimate Nutrition's exclusive, specially processed, 100 percent natural enzymatic digest of whey protein isolate. Amino acids build the proteins used in the growth, repair, and maintenance of body tissues, including muscle. Super Amino 2000 contains pure, naturally occurring non-essential and essential amino acids derived from a superior, pharmaceutical grade whey protein isolate. Certain conditions, such as high-intensity exercise, a vegan/vegetarian diet, physical stress or trauma can deplete amino acid levels and cause deficiencies. Super Amino 2000 can help maintain optimal levels of amino acids in the bloodstream. Certain amino acids such as glycine, glutamine and arginine as well as the branched chain amino acids (valine, isoleucine and leucine) combine with and neutralize toxins. Since detoxification occurs in the liver, these amino acids greatly assist in liver detoxification, function and health. Amino acids are also essential for brain function and health. Amino acids cross the blood brain barrier to be used by brain cells and neurotransmitters (nerve cell messengers). Super Amino 2000 delivers a full spectrum of amino acids in the right amounts that the body needs for optimal function and health. ProsUltimate Nutrition's Super Amino 2000 provides a superior, enzymatically digested whey protein. Other companies may sell protein tablets that are not enzymatically digested. To test for enzymatically digested protein, take a bite of a Super Amino 2000 tablet. You will find that it is bitter to the taste, the hallmark of a true enzymatically digested tablet. A bland tablet is likely to be made of just protein. The nutrients in Super Amino 2000 have numerous benefits including:
ConsSome consumers may find that too many Super Amino 2000 tablets need to be taken on a daily basis. Ultimate Nutrition recommends taking 3 tablets three times daily, which adds up to 9 tablets a day. Adding nine tablets to your daily supplement regimen may be too many pills to take. Few side effects have been reported with the use of amino acids, although mega-dosing may result in potential side effects. Furthermore, people with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), depression, Reye's Syndrome, kidney or liver disease should not supplement with amino acids without consulting a physician. Be aware that some drugs may interact with the nutrients in Super Amino 2000 including:
Is it for you?If you don't mind taking a few extra tablets per day, Super Amino 2000 may be beneficial for athletes, bodybuilders or gym-goers wanting to build muscle, improve recovery and promote overall health. Super Amino 2000 may also provide nutritional support for those on a vegan/vegetarian diet or with amino acid deficiencies. However, people with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), depression, Reye's Syndrome, kidney or liver disease should not supplement with amino acids without consulting a physician. Dosage and DirectionsTake 3 tablets three times daily between meals and after intense training. Amino acids should be taken on an empty stomach so that they won't compete for assimilation with amino acids present in the food you are eating. Take Super Amino 2000 tablets 45 minutes before a meal and immediately following a workout. You may take it with diluted fruit juice or other carbohydrate liquid.

Found the results to be great and don't have an issue with the large number of pills and daily use of the product.
