|
DescriptionRevitol's Acne Moisturizing Creme is a topical acne treatment that can be used with Revitol's Acnezine Skin Antioxidant. It contains 5% benzoyl peroxide in an herbal base of allantoin (comfrey), organic aloe leaf juice, betula alba (birch), camellia sinensis (green tea), citrus aurantium dulcis (orange/neroli), citrus medica limonum (lemon), hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel), metaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), salix alba (wilow), salvia officinalis (sage) and vaccinium myrtillus (bilberry). Benzoyl peroxide is a topical antibacterial medication used to combat P. acnes, the bacteria that causes acne. It acts as an antiseptic and oxidizing agent, reducing the number of blocked pores. Benzoyl peroxide may be applied to the affected area in gel or cream form. Allantoin, aloe vera, birch, green tea, orange, lemon, witch hazel, tea tree, willow sage and bilberry are anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial agents. They can act as healing antiseptics and can treat skin problems. These natural nutrients can help clear the skin of toxins, prevent acne, and promote skin health and appearance. ProsAcne Moisturizing Creme is part of a skin care management system that can be used with Revitol's Acnezine Skin Antioxidant. Revitol offers a 90 day return policy. Acne Moisturizing Creme has the following benefits:
ConsBenzoyl peroxide can be very drying and may irritate the skin causing redness, burning, itching, peeling or swelling. It may prolong post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on darker complexions. Do not use if you have very sensitive skin or are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Research suggests benzoyl peroxide can produce free radicals in the skin and has lead to the development of skin carcinoma in mice and hamsters. Lemon oil can cause skin irritation and sensitivity in some individuals. It is photo-toxic, so it should not be used before sun exposure. Is it for you?If you're looking for a topical benzoyl peroxide acne treatment, try Acne Moisturizing Creme. Dosage and DirectionsBefore use, cleanse the skin thoroughly. Cover the affected area with a thin layer one to three times a day. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily. Then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside use a sunscreen. Allow Acne Treatment Creme to dry, then apply sunscreen. If sensitivity develops, discontinue use of both products and ask a doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, mouth, hair and dyed fabrics. Stop use and ask a doctor if skin irritation becomes severe. Keep out of reach of children.

It may be a little expensive but after buying my little brother different cheaper alternatives I tried this. It may seem a little more than some Wal-Mart brand stuff but his is a part of the reason I no longer buy stuff like this from Wal-Mart. This stuff worked wonders for my little brother which makes it worth every penny I paid for it. If you are having trouble with some of the cheaper products try this as it is a miracle worker. |

After using this product I had noticeably clearer skin! It dries your skin out a little because it is so strong, but it is completely worth it! I've tried EVERYTHING and this WORKS!
