Wonderful for someone who is dealing with depression. I have tried prescription medications that have made the depression worse; trying to ween oneself off these drugs can also be life threatening. Bee Pollen on the other hand, helps with the depression without the worry of side effects. The only problem I have found with this is that it does take a few months to take effect; if you do not have a severe type of depression, this is worth the wait.
