Dosage And DirectionsTake 3 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with an 8 ounce glass of water, 30 minutes before meals and/or exercise. Start with half the recommended dosage (2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily) to assess your tolerance. Experienced thermogenic users may achieve maximum fat loss and energy enhancement by taking 4 capsules 3 times daily. Drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water a day.
