I find that AST's Ny-Tro Pro 40's ability to pacify the body's need for a scientifically formulated muscle meal several times daily, to be my greatest advantage in the muscle building game. Taken 2-3 times as a replacement to standard eating, Ny-Tro Pro 40 keeps my body in a 24 hour anabolic state of muscle building potential.
