 ABB's Turbo Tea

Description

ABB's Turbo Tea delivers natural, energizing nutrients including caffeine, guarana and ginseng. This potent drink increases mental and physical energy levels while stimulating the metabolism. Turbo Tea was specially designed as a pre-workout drink for athletes and bodybuilders to boost workouts and energy levels, increase the metabolism, enhance alertness and combat stress.

Turbo Tea contains ginseng, a medicinal herb that has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). According to TCM, ginseng has "heating" properties, which is beneficial for the circulatory system. Ginseng is a well-known adaptogen - an herb that increases an organism's resistance to stresses and helps the body maintain optimal balance. Ginseng is used to combat stress, boost mood, increase energy, stimulate immunity and improve well-being. Athletes can benefit from ginseng supplementation since may help offset fatigue and stress associated with intense training.

Turbo Tea enhances the metabolism and energy levels with methlyxanthine-containing extracts and natural nutrients such as guarana and caffeine. Methylxanthine's are chemical relatives of caffeine with similar stimulating effects that enhance energy and thermogenesis (calorie burning). Guarana and caffeine synergistically stimulate adrenergic receptors. Found in fat tissue and the liver, adrenergic receptors are involved in increased metabolism and fat loss. Stimulating adrenergic receptors can increase the metabolism, calorie burning and alertness.

Pros

ABB's Turbo Tea is a refreshing pre-workout drink with no calories or sugar.

If you regularly drink coffee, Turbo Tea should be taken in place of your coffee not in addition to your coffee. This may be problem if you don't want to give up your morning cup of coffee.

Pregnant or lactating women and people with pre-existing medical conditions or on medication should not supplement with Turbo Tea without consulting a physician.
Be aware that some drugs may interact with the nutrients in Turbo Tea including:

  • Warfarin

I just tried this stuff for the first time about a week ago and wow does it ever pick you up when you may be feeling a little bit sluggish. You definitely don't need to drink coffee in the morning if you're going to be drinking one of these.
I highly recommend this product.
